Winter Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 135 East Gin
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • .50 oz lime juice
  • .50 oz winter spice syrup
  • Tonic water

Preparation

  1. Shake and strain all ingredients except tonic.
  2. Strain into highball with ice.
  3. Top with tonic. Cheers!

Winter Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 star anise
  • 3 allspice berries

Preparation

  1. Combine all in a Saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Pull off heat and let cool, strain out spices.
