Mix up these delicious Winter cocktails from Drambuie.
Noggy Roots
Ingredients:
- 1/2 part Drambuie
- 1 part Glenfiddich 14 Bourbon Cask
- 1 part Chameleon Caramel Cold Brew Concentrate
- 2 parts Eggnog
- 1/2 part Root Beer
Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Salted Pecan Mocha
Ingredients:
- 4 parts Drambuie
- 6 parts Chameleon Pecan Cold Brew Concentrate
- 8 parts Whole Milk
- 4 scoops Swiss Miss Cocoa Mix
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
Garnish: Miniature Marshmallows
Mulled Wine
Ingredients:
- 8 parts Drambuie
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Red Wine-Suggest Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2 parts Honey
- 1 Spearmint-Peppermint Tea Bag
- Peel of 1/2 Grapefruit
- Peel of 1 Orange
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Whole Juniper Berries
- 1/2 tsp. Whole Allspice Berries
- 1/2 tsp. Whole Peppercorns
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Serve in Irish Coffee Mug
Preparation: With a mortar and pestle grind the berries and pepper corns and add to a sauce pan. Add all other ingredients to the sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute. Strain and serve. If not hot enough, bring back to a simmer. Serve hot.
Broadford Toddy
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Drambuie
- 1/2 part Hudson Manhattan Rye
- 1/4 part St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 2 Orange Wedges
- 2 Lemon Wedges
- 1 small pinch Grated Nutmeg
- 4-5 parts Hot Water
- (Add Honey to Taste)
Garnish: Clove-studded lemon wheel
Preparation: In a mixing tin muddle orange and lemon wedges. Add other ingredients minus water. Add ice to tin and shake vigorously. Double-strain into Irish coffee mug and add hot water and honey to taste.
