These four drinks are easy to mix up and even easier to enjoy! With seasonal flavors like pear, ginger, molasses syrup and star anise, each of these cocktails will work wonderfully whether you’re behind the bar or looking for something to pair with turkey.
Spiced Star Martini
- 2 1/2 oz. GREY GOOSE Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Noilly Prat Dry
- Orange Bitters
- Star Anise Bitters
Preparation: Stir and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with clementine and star anise.

- 2 cups Finlandia Vodka
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey syrup
- 1 bottle Korbel California Champagne
- 1/4 cup Aromatic Bitters
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in the drink dispenser with ice. Stir to chill and combine ingredients. Garnish with your favorite festive fruits and spices. Step back and let your guests serve themselves while you enjoy your evening.
Spice It Up Pear Martini
- 3 oz. Spa Girl Cocktail Pear
- 1 oz. Pear Nectar
- 1 oz. Pear Liqueur
- Juice of 1 lime
- pinch of Nutmeg
- pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 plice of Asian Pear
Preparation: Pour all liquid ingredients into a glass and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top. Garnish with a slice of pear.

- 2 oz. Deadwood Rye
- 1 oz. Brennivin Rugbrau Aquavit or Norden Reserve Aquavit
- 1/4 oz. Ginger Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Blackstrap Syrup (2:1 ratio molasses: water) or Caffo Licorice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Candied ginger & orange twist flag
Preparation: Add ingredients to a shaker tin and shake. Pour over ice into a rocks glass, and top with candied ginger and an orange twist flag to garnish.
