Twin Peaks Brewing Co. Releases Three New Ales

Twin Peaks Brewing Company, the Lewisville, Dallas brewery of the ultimate sports lodge known for its made-from-scratch kitchen, rugged atmosphere, and playful Twin Peaks Girls, has recently begun canning and selling three of its craft beers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Dirty Blonde American White Ale, Gold Digger Golden Ale and the Knotty Brunette American Brown Ale are available for purchase at several DFW retailers. It has been a goal for the Twin Peaks brand to reach more beer lovers and get their cans into more hands.

The Twin Peaks Brewing Company, attached to Twin Peaks Irving located at 1500 North Market Place Boulevard, opened its doors in early 2014 with Master Brewer Tom Janik heading up beer development. Since then, the brewery has created four craft beers, including the Dirty Blonde, Knotty Brunette, Gold Digger and Dropdead Redhead. Fans can expect to see the Dropdead Redhead Pale Ale on shelves in the coming months.

Dirty Blonde:
American White Ale, spiced with Indian coriander and orange peel. 5.2% abv/ 16 IBUs

Knotty Brunette:
American Brown Ale, medium-bodied brew with hints of coffee and nutty flavors. 5.3% abv/ 27 IBUs

Gold Digger:
Golden Ale, light bodied and refreshing with a sweet aroma and crisp flavor. 5.1% abv

Dropdead Redhead:
American Pale Ale, medium malty bodied with floral, fruity and citrus aroma with nice hop finish. 5.5% abv
