The magic of Carnevale is heating up and it is a Foodie’s Paradise! Most recently The Venetian & The Palazzo Las Vegas enjoyed a summer concert with Sammy Hagar and a delicious BBQ by Emeril Lagasse. More than 1,200 fans were in attendance for the event held at The Venetian Pool as part of the resorts’ summer-long Carnevale celebration. On the grill, Lagasse enticed guests with slow-roasted Hawaiian pork on sweet Hawaiian rolls, BBQ baby back ribs, and New Orleans creole boiled fresh corn on the cob, among other delicious eats.
