Kapow Noodle Bar – South Florida

Ingredients:

  • 11/2 oz E11even Vodka
  • 1 oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Pineapple Coconut water
  • Pineapple leaf (for garnish)

Preparation: Add ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over fresh ice, garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Dried hibiscus-infused E11even Vodka*
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Yuzu juice
  • 3/4 oz. Jasmine-infused Guava simple syrup**
  • 1/4 oz. Chinola Passionfruit liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Cocchi
  • Americano

Preparation: Shake, double strain, served up. Add all ingredients to a tin and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe. Float an edible flower on top.

*Hibiscus vodka infusion: add 1 heaping TBSP of dried hibiscus petals to 8 oz. Vodka and infuse overnight. Strain off petals when desired flavor is achieved.

**Jasmine-Guava simple syrup:  
Dissolve 1 cup of white sugar in 4 oz. of hot water. 
Add 10-12 micro-Jasmine flowers to syrup and stir. 
Add 1 cup of Maaza Guva juice and 1 oz fresh lemon juice and stir until all flavors combine. Infuse overnight. Strain off flowers when desired flavor is achieved.

 

 

Strawberry Saturn Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz E11even Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Purée
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Purée
  • 3/4 oz Almond Orgeat
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura

Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass over fresh ice. Strawberry Purée: frozen strawberries, blended.

  • 1 1/2 oz E11even Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Passionfruit syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Pineapple juice

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice, shake for 10-12 seconds. Open pour into double rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz E11even Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Puree
  • 3/4 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 oz White Tea
  • 1/2 oz Oloroso Sherry

Preparation: Combine E11even vodka, puree, and sweetened condensed milk into a mixing tin without ice and dry shake. Pour combined mixture into a Collins glass Top with crushed ice until glass is full of us. Garnish with a smacked mint spring and sherry float.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz E11even Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Umeshu
  • 3/4 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • Lime Wheel (for garnish)

Preparation: Add all ingredients besides soda to a shaker tin. Shake with ice 10-12 seconds. Add 2oz soda water to the tin, then open pour into a Footed Pilsner, Poco Grande, or Collins Glass.
