Mix up these delicious summer cocktails from Catch LA.
The Sesame Mai Tai is a tropical mix of Superior rum, D’usse, Avua Amburana, Dry Curacao, Calamansi liqueur, lime, and garnished with toasted sesame seeds, making it a unique go-to cocktail for the season. For a fun spin on a classic cocktail, the Pamplemousee Negroni is a smooth blend of Belvedere vodka, grapefruit liqueur, Hennessy Privilege, and a dash of fortified wine, Pineau des Charantes, to add the perfect amount of sweetness. What better way to shake things up in the “City of Angels” than with the East Coast Kali. It’s a fiery mixture of jalapeño-infused Avion Silver tequila, Grand Marnier, Campari, passionfruit and orange.
East Coast Kali
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Jalepeño-Infused Tequila
- 1 oz. Orange Passionfruit Cordial
- 5 oz. Yuzu
- 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1/4 oz. Campari
Preparation: Dip a Half-rim rocks glass with water then sugar to form a sugar rim then fill glass completely with ice. Pour shaken beverage over ice and Enjoy!
Sesame Mai Tai
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Bacardi White Rum
- 1 oz. Sesame Kalamansi Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. D’usse Cognac
- 1/2 oz. Avua Amburana Cachaca
- 1/4 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 1 Fresh Lime
Preparation: Pour mixed drinks in a rocks glass with ice, squeeze fresh lime over top.
Pamplemousse Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Hennessy VSOP Privelege
- 1/2 oz. Contratto Bitters
- 1/2 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse
- 1/2 oz. Pineau de Charantes
- 6 Japanese Bottle Dashes Peychauds Bitters
Preparation: Pour mixed beverage over ice and top with grapefruit twist.
