Rose di Afrodite Cocktail

No matter what kind of night you’ve prepared for you and your other half — be it a five-star dinner, or a low-key night at home – celebrated sommelier Chris Sweet has prepared a cocktail that is sure to impress.

Rose di Afrodite

• 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
• 1 ounce Rose Infusion
• 1/2 ounce Wild Strawberry Liquor
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Prosecco
• 8-10 drops Aphrodite Bitters

Preparation: Add all ingredients to shaker and stir 45 rotations. Strain into martini glass half rimmed with candied rose petal/dark chocolate dust. Add splash Prosecco. Garnish with sliced strawberry on glass.
