By Chilled Magazine

Some of the world’s best bartenders, winemakers and celebrity chefs will converge to eat, drink, and live it up at Atlantis Paradise Island—and you’re invited to the party…

Endless food by celebrity chefs, cocktails, wine, and the Bahamas. What else do you need in life? In March, the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, held at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort, rolls out the largest culinary extravaganza on the island. In its second year, this five-day festival showcases the talents of the world’s most renowned chefs, wine and spirits producers, and bartenders in the culinary epicenter of the Caribbean.

Cooking and cocktail-making classes (like iconic bartender Tony Abou-Ganim‘s class), plenty of tastings and special dinners with celebrity chefs, these are just a few things to look forward to at the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival. There are even a few kid-centric culinary events, too. New highlights this year for the 2024 wine and food fest in the Bahamas include a sushi masterclass with legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa and a pinkies-up garden party lunch with the DIY culinary legend, Martha Stewart. Also new for this year include appearances by Spain’s most famous chef and philanthropist chef José Andrés and Food Network chef, Alex Guarnaschelli.

Here are just a few more can’t-miss events of the 2024 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival:

● The Taste of Paradise is the fan-favorite tasting event with Bahamian restaurants, like Sip Sip and Conch Shack, offering gourmet samplings, alongside creations by celebrity chefs, such as Alon Shaya, Michael White and Andrew Zimmern.

● Jerk Jam is another of the festival’s signature events celebrating jerk, the iconic flavor of the Caribbean. Hosted by chef JJ Johnson and Robert Irvine, Jerk Jam also features a show by award-winning Wyclef Jean.

● Kids in the Kitchen is a hands-on, ‘kids only’ event, led by Food Network star chef Duff Goldman.

● A wine dinner with the legendary Martha Stewart will be hosted at the resort’s Ocean’s Edge Bluff
