To celebrate the remainder of National Honey Month (September), New York Hilton Midtown has created the first hive-to-table Honey-Kissed Cosmopolitan.
The hotel joined the urban beekeeping movement by introducing 450,000 honeybees to their green rooftop. Harvesting up to 300 pounds of honey annually and adding to the hotels utilization of locally-sourced ingredients, new menu items include a rosemary-infused honey flatbread and the Honey-Kissed Cosmo.
- 1 3/4 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Absolut Vodka
- 1 1/4 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Hilton Rooftop Honey
- Muddled Lime and Rosemary
Preparation: Mix lime, rosemary, honey and ice. Add one shot of vodka and cranberry juice. Shake, stir and enjoy.
