SLS Las Vegas® will ignite Fourth of July celebrations with this festive cocktail, The Firework, offered exclusively from Saturday, July 1st through Friday, July 7th, 2017 at Monkey Bar, Cleo, Katsuya and Center Bar.

Liqueur, Rum

The Firework

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Superior
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 heaping bar spoon of Coco Lopez
  • 5 Muddled Raspberries
  • 1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao (on the Bottom)
  • Sprite

Preparation

  1. All ingredients shaken and doubled strained in a Collins glass expect the Blue Curaçao, which would be 1/2 ounce on the bottom and double strain over top.
  2. Top with splash of Sprite.
  3. Garnish with 2 blueberries and 1 raspberry.
