
Whiskey Mango Foxtrot
Cocktail by Tim Weigel
Ingredients:
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz red pepper syrup*
1.5 oz Perfect Puree white peach puree
1 oz Gentleman Jack whiskey
1.5 oz Mango shotta
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice inside of a rocks glass. Garnish with white peach fan and jalapeño slice.
*Red pepper syrup
Blend 1 red pepper (removing all seeds) with 12 oz 1:1 simple syrup. Strain all solid ingredients.
Garnish:
White peach fan and jalapeno slice

Hotta Shotta

0.5 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de vigne
0.50 oz Gentleman Jack whiskey
1 oz Mango shotta
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into shot glass.
Garnish:
White peach 1/4 slice
