Where there's Smoke there's Fire!
Cocktail by AMY WINDLAND
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Mezcal (I used Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal)
1 oz Natalie’s Carrot Ginger Turmeric Juice (also contains apple and lemon)
.5 oz Coco Re’al Creme of Coconut
.5 oz Coconut water
Garnish with Mint and Candied Ginger
Preparation:
Get ready to shake up this cocktail with your favorite shaker. Measure out and add these ingredients to your tin:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Mezcal (I used Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal)
1 oz Natalie’s Carrot Ginger Turmeric Juice (also contains apple and lemon)
.5 oz Coco Re’al Creme of Coconut
.5 oz Coconut water
Add ice and get to shaking! When the shaker starts to feel nice and frosty you know you’re ready to strain your cocktail into a frosted coupe. Garrnish with a skewered piece of Candied Ginger, and slap some fresh mint around the glass to wake it up, and add that to the garnish. Take a moment to enjoy the earthy scent, and dive in!
Garnish:
Candied Ginger and Mint
Glassware:
Frosted coupe glass
