
Takes Two To Mango
Cocktail by Shelby Burgess
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Passionfruit Pulp
13 drops chocolate bitters
2 dash green pepper hot sauce (I used Cholula)
1 oz Mango Wheat beer
Preparation:
Garnish Glass. Combine all ingredients except beer in tin. Hard shake, double strain and top with mango wheat beer.
Garnish:
Passionfruit Pulp, cocoa powder, Tajin

Mango Sticky Shotta

Ingredients:
1 oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Orange Soda
1/2 oz mango coconut milk (if mango is unavailable, regular coconut milk that has been sweetened will work)
Preparation:
Garnish shot glass. Start with mango shotta, then using a bar spoon layer orange soda followed by the mango coconut milk
Garnish:
Chamoy Tajin Hot Sauce, Tajin
