
Paloma Mi Shotta

Ingredients:
2 oz Mango Shotta
1/2 oz Elderflower
1/2 grapefruit Squeezed
Topo Chico
Preparation:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Mango Shotta, Elderflower, and Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice.
2. Add ice and shake for about 10 to 15 seconds.
3. Fill a wine glass with ice.
4. Strain the mixed contents of the shaker into the glass over the ice.
5. Then top off with Topo Chico and garnish with a grapefruit design.

Golden Sunrise

Ingredients:
1 1/2oz Mango Shotta
1 oz Triple Sec
4 Golden Berries
Preparation:
1. In a cocktail shaker, take golden berries and muddle in the shaker.
2. Then combine the Mango Shotta and Triple Sec into Shaker.
3. Add ice and shake for about 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixed contents of the shaker into a shot glass.
5. Then top with garnish one golden berry.
