Mango Firebird

Cocktail by Michael Hastings

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Shotta

0.5oz Licor 43

0.75oz Lime Juice

0.5oz Orange Juice

1oz Egg White

Mezcal Rinse (Del Maguey Vida)

Preparation:

Add all ingredients but mezcal into shaker and dry shake.

Add Ice and shake again.

Rinse coupe glass with Mezcal.

Strain shaker contents into coupe.

Spray Ango Bitters over top

Garnish:

Orange Peel and Ango Bitters Spray

Glassware:

Coupe

1oz Mango Shotta

0.5oz Orgeat Syrup (Giffard)

0.75 oz Lime Juice

Preparation:

Add ingredients to shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into shot glass

Garnish:

Serve with a smile :)
