Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Mango Shotta
1 oz The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley Chipotle Sour Concentrate
1 oz Reposado Tequila
¾ fresh lime juice
½ oz agave
Preparation:
Add all items to mixing glass. Add ice to fill. Shake extra vigorously (18-20 times) Rim coupe glass with chili-lime salt rim and strain. This cocktail is served up in a coupe but also works well on the rocks. Garnish with frozen mango pieces.

Ingredients:
¾ Mango Shotta
½ Mango Chinola
½ Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade
Lime wheel garnish
Twang*a*Rita “Safari Spice” Spicy Mango salt rim
Preparation:
Add Mango Shotta and Chinola Mango to mixing glass. Add ice to fill. Shake well (10-12 times). Rim shot glass with spicy mango salt rim and strain. Garnish with lime wheel.
