Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients
- 2 oz Santa Teresa 1796
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Butter or Unsalted Butter
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 Dash Nutmeg
- 1 Dash Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
- Add all ingredients in shaker tin, add ice, shake vigorously then strain
- Serve in a mug
- Garnish with 2 Cloves and Star Anise

Aged in American Oak Barrels.
Each year’s rhum is a unique vintage representing that year’s harvest.
Delicate aromas of fresh coconut with vanilla accents. Beautiful floral (wild rose, rose) and fresh expression, enhanced by pastry notes (vanilla, coconut) and punctuated by a hint of mint. Exotic fruit notes then appear, followed by a more balsamic, slightly resinous finish. Very good length in the mouth.
