Ingredients

  • 2 parts Absolut
  • 1 part Kahlúa
  • 1 part Espresso
  • 3 Whole Coffee Beans

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add Absolut, Kahlúa and Espresso.
  3. Shake well to get the foam on top, and strain it into a cocktail or martini glass.
  4. Garnish by placing three coffee beans on top.

  • .75 oz. Marie Brizard Pear William
  • 1.5 oz. Twining’s Chai Ultra Spice Tea - cooled
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 8 cranberries - garnish
  • 1 pear slice - garnish
  • 1 rosemary sprig - garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a double old-fashioned glass and garnish with pear slice, cranberries, and a slapped sprig of rosemary.
