Agave Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Espanita Double Barrel Añejo Tequila
  • 1 or 2 Maraschino Cherries
  • ½ Orange Wheel
  • 0.5 oz Agave nectar
  • 3 - 4 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Splash of soda (about 1 oz)

Preparation

  1. Lightly muddle Maraschino cherries, half of an orange wheel, agave nectar , and orange bitters in a rocks glass.
  2. Add Espanita Double Barrel Aged Añejo , ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon until the drink is well chilled.
  3. Add a splash of soda on the top and garnish the drink with a Maraschino cherry and an orange twist.

    Unique and intriguing double barrel aged 97-point rated Reposado with an authentic style, excellent structure, and along, seamless finish that showcases delectable Bourbon accents resting on roasted Agave center. On the nose, white-peppered sweet agave, chocolate mint, apricot chutney, toasted honey oak, cherry heering and vanilla bean. Velvety body with notes of cherry cola, spiced nuts, brown sugar-sprinkled grapefruit, and candied ginger.

Los Altos Mule with Espanita Tequila

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Espanita Double Barrel Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz fresh Lime juice
  • 1 dash of Lime Cocktail Bitters
  • 4 - 5 oz Ginger beer

Preparation

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to chill.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled mule mug filled with fresh ice and top the drink with ginger beer and bitters.
  4. Stir quickly with a bar spoon and garnish with a lime wheel.
  • Espanita Blanco Tequila

    A flavor-packed, aromatic, agave-forward 95-point rated tequila Blanco with a great sense of Highlands terroir. Aromas of white-peppered sweet agave, citrus peel, chocolate mint, sage, lemongrass, olive, and roasted jalapeño-spiced butter. Roasted agave fibers thrive in a medium bodied, slightly oily texture. Jalisco Sour Espanita Tequila Blanco

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Espanita Blanco Tequila
  • 6 to 8 ripe Raspberries
  • 0.75 oz fresh Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Muddle raspberries with simple syrup in a Boston shaker to achieve syrup - like consistency.
  2. Add Espanita Blanco tequila, lemon juice and orange bitters.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Add in a h andful of ice and shake the mixture again for 30 seconds until it is thoroughly chilled.
  5. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with orange twist.

Pink Lady

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Komos Reposado Rosa
  • 1⁄2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Hard shake all ingredients together over good ice in a shaker tin until the egg white is frothy and emulsified.
  2. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Komos Añejo Cristalino
  • ½ ounce St Germain
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 3 ounce sparkling wine

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients but sparkling wine together and strain into a champagne coupe or flute.
  2. Top with 3 ounce sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist and an edible flower.
