GUNPOWDER IRISH GIN & PREMIUM TONIC
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 4 oz Tonic Water
- Fresh red grapefruit wedge
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the gin over the ice.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with red grapefruit wedge.

Tanqueray Dirty Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz Olive Brine
- 0.25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth
Preparation
- Add 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin, .75 oz Olive Brine, and .25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth to cocktail tin.
- Shake and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with skewered olives.
