Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Fresh red grapefruit wedge
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the gin over the ice.
  3. Top up with tonic water.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish with red grapefruit wedge.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz Olive Brine
  • 0.25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth

Preparation

  1. Add 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin, .75 oz Olive Brine, and .25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth to cocktail tin.
  2. Shake and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with skewered olives.
