• Martell Cordon Bleu

    Created in 1912, Cordon Bleu was the first cognac to have its own name. This one-of-a kind “extra old” cognac captures the audacious spirit of the House. Remarkable for its richness, elegance, and finesse, Martell Cordon Bleu is a masterful blend of 150 eaux-de-vie, whose floral aromas are the result of the Borderies cru, emblematic of the Martell style.

Cordon Bleu Cherry

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Martell Cordon Bleu
  • ½ part Cherry eaux-de-vie
  • ½ part Chamomile syrup*
  • 1 part Coconut water (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  2. Stir with a spoon.
  3. Strain.
  4. Pour into a glass over ice.
  5. *Make your own chamomile syrup by letting chamomile flowers rest in cold simple syrup for 24 hours.
  • Claque-Pépin Calvados Organic Vieille Réserve, 40% ABV

    The first certified organic calvados available in the US with an average 6 years old. A pale-yellow amber with a floral, fruity (pear and apple) nose with aromas of iris and nuts. Herbaceous and vegetal on the palate.

French Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Claque-Pépin Calvados Organic Vieille Réserve
  • ½ oz. Guerin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Bada Bing cherry

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with cherry.
  • Dartigalongue Bas Armagnac Hors d’Age, 40% ABV

    From the oldest house in Bas Armagnac, Dartigalongue Hors d’Age is aged a minimum of 15 years. The nose features scents of baked apple, butter, and black oak. The mouth is vibrant and generous, featuring more baked apples, oak, toffee, and vanilla with hints of tobacco toward the end. The finish is long, fat, and silky.

    Carefully selected by cellar master Sylvain, this cask-strength XO is bottled with care on the domain in order to preserve the spirit of each barrel. No alteration of the color, no dilution, no additives, and no filtration. Unbiased, unadulterated, unprecedented.

  • Monnet XO

    Monnet XO (Extra Old) cognac is slowly blended from eaux-de-vie selected primarily from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. It is meticulously aged in Limousin oak casks for a minimum of 17 years, far beyond the minimum time required for the XO appellation.

  • Noces Royales

    Noces Royales is a French liqueur. Noble and delicate, it reflects a brilliant alliance of pear, Louis XIV’s favorite fruit; and Cognac, the prestigious eau-de-vie. Pears were a favorite fruit in Louis XIV’s Versailles Courts and used to be gifted to aristocrats. Receiving the fruit was considered an honor.
