Zac’s Share Your Own Signature Cocktail: Forebode Forbade

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Beefeater 24
• 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit juice
• 1 oz. House made beer grenadine
• 2 dashes House made green tea bitters

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with a piece of candied grapefruit rind and pickled apple.
