Thomas’s Own Signature Cocktail: The Always and Never
This star-crossed cockTALE tells a story of romance and tragedy. The 100 proof Apple Brandy provides a strong and virile foundation while the Creme de Cacao a la Vanille adds some delectable vanilla and dark chocolate sweetness. The antagonist is played by the always bittersweet Campari before fresh squeezed orange juice and a dash of falernum bitters bring all the love and deceit together. I hope this cocktail is one you can’t live with, but can’t live without, always…and never.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Laird’s Bottled in Bond Straight Apply Brandy
- 3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Spirits Creme de Cacao a la Vanille
- 2/3 oz Campari
- 1/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 dash Falernum bitters
- Garnish with an orange peel
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with orange peel.
