• 1.5 Oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
• 0.5 Oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 0.5 Oz tarragon infused simple syrup
• 1 Oz pineapple juice

Preparation: Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a dash of fresh black pepper & a mint spring.
