Ingredients:
  • 2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum
  • 6 FRESH mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime in wedges
  • 1 OZ of Cooney’s simple syrup
  • Crushed Ice
  • Sprite
  • Soda Water
  • Sprig of fresh mint and lime to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle 6 fresh mint leaves & 1/2 lime with Cooney’s simple syrup.
  2. Top with ice.
  3. Add BACARDI® Rum & top with Sprite and Soda Water.
  4. Stir upward to blend evenly & garnish with a sprig of mint & a lime wedge.
