Ingredients:
- 2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum
- 6 FRESH mint leaves
- 1/2 lime in wedges
- 1 OZ of Cooney’s simple syrup
- Crushed Ice
- Sprite
- Soda Water
- Sprig of fresh mint and lime to garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle 6 fresh mint leaves & 1/2 lime with Cooney’s simple syrup.
- Top with ice.
- Add BACARDI® Rum & top with Sprite and Soda Water.
- Stir upward to blend evenly & garnish with a sprig of mint & a lime wedge.
