Muddle 2 fresh medium sized strawberries

Ingredients:

• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 oz. Clear Creek Cassis Liquor
• 1/2 oz. Strawberry Lemongrass simple syrup
• 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
• 1 1/2 oz. Johnny Drum Kentucky Bourbon

Preparation:

1. Shake ingredients hard
2. Double strain over fresh ice
3. Top with soda water
4. Garnish with a strawberry
