Easy to Mix: The Peaty Penicillin Cocktail

The Rickey at Dream Midtown has just launched their very own cold cure – in cocktail form!
The Peaty Penicillin is a heady concoction of Johnnie Walker Black Label, 12-year aged scotch, ginger-honey syrup, lemon juice and rosemary, which delivers an assertive whiff of peat and brine, while also serving as a sure-fire cure – even if you’re not completely under the weather.
The Peaty Penicillin Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
- 3/4 oz. Ginger/Honey Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Caol Ila 12 Year
- Lemon Juice (to Taste)
- Rosemary Sprig (to Taste)
- Skewered Candied Ginger (for Garnish)
Preparation: Add first two ingredients to cocktail glass filled with ice. Add lemon juice and rosemary to taste. Drizzle Caol Ila 12 Year over top using a syringe. Garnish with skewered candied ginger.
