Coastal cocktails, step aside for a new favorite!

From a Blue Hawaiian to a Tequila Sunrise, we’ve always loved cocktails inspired by the coastline; however, a new bombshell has just entered the villa: the Winyah Sunset!

Eliza’s, the marina-front bar at The George Hotel in Georgetown, S.C. on the famous Winyah Bay, has debuted a new cocktail. The bright orange drink melts wonderfully as you drink, mirroring the Carolina sunset surrounding you!

Liqueur, Vodka

Winyah Sunset

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz. Pearl Vodka
• ¾ oz. Domaine Canton Ginger Liqueur
• ½ oz. Orange Juice
• ½ oz. Lime Juice
• ¾ oz. Ginger Syrup
• Pinch Salt
• Large Beet Ice Rock (25% Organic Beet Juice, 75% Water)

Preparation

1. Combine into shaker
2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass
3. Drop in large beet juice large rock
4. Garnish with blood orange triangle and skewered candied ginger
5. Enjoy the sunset!
