Our Drink of the Week, the Camarena Veranda, is a crisp take on a tequila highball that’s perfect for warm-weather sipping.

Built on the smooth, citrus-forward profile of Camarena Silver, this cocktail layers fresh lime, a touch of agave, and sparkling grapefruit soda for a balanced, easy-drinking serve. Finished with a hint of cucumber, it brings a subtle garden-fresh twist that feels both modern and refreshing. Ideal for patio parties, rooftops, and everything this Spring.

Camarena Veranda

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Camarena Silver
  • 3 oz. Grapefruit soda
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Agave nectar or honey

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients (except grapefruit soda) into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Uncap shaker and add grapefruit soda.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish with a cucumber slice and a dill sprig.
