Bols Blue Martini

Ingredients

• 1 oz Bols Blue 1575
• 1/2 oz Vodka or Mezcal
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz pineapple purée

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, then fill with two-thirds ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass.
