Delicious Fall Cocktails from Conrad New York’s Atrio Restaurant

Harvest Martini
Recipe:
- 1½ oz Grey Goose Vodka
- ½ oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- ½ oz POM Wonderful Juice
- 1 oz Pear Nectar
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into mixing glass
- Fill shaker full with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into martini glass
- Garnish with a floating Sage Leaf
Caramel Apple Cider
Recipe:
- 1½ oz Crown Royal Whisky
- ½ oz Monin Caramel Syrup
- ½ oz Pear Nectar
- 1½ oz Apple Cider
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into mixing glass
- Fill shaker full with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into martini glass
Cinnamon Apple Martini
Recipe:
- ½ oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P Cognac
- 4 oz Red Wine
- 1 oz Apple Cider
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- Sprite®
Method:
- Combine all ingredients, except Sprite®, in a mixing glass
- Fill shaker 2 full with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Pour ingredients into wine glass
- Fill with Sprite®
- Garnish with 2 Apple Slices and Cinnamon Stick
