Cruzan® Key Lime Sparkler

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ parts Cruzan® Key Lime Rum
• ½ parts DeKuyper® O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 1 part Sparkling Wine
• Orange Twist

Preparation: Combine Key Lime Rum, DeKuyper O3 Premium Orange Liqueur & Bitters over ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and add sparkling wine. Garnish with a wide twist of orange peel.

Cruzan® Vixen’s Bounty

Ingredients

• 2 parts Cruzan® Passion Fruit Rum
• ½ parts DeKuyper® O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
• ¾ parts Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• ¼ part Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
• 1 slice Ginger (One inch slice of ginger the size of a quarter)
• ¼ tablespoon diced Chili Pepper
• 4 Cilantro Sprigs

Preparation: Combine Ginger coin, chili pepper, leaves of 2 Cilantro sprigs and Simple Syrup in a shaker. Lightly muddle, next add Passion Fruit Rum, DeKuyper® O3 Premium Orange Liqueur, and Lime Juice & Ice. Shake for 20 seconds & double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with 2 lightly spanked Cilantro sprigs.
