Ingredients:
2 oz Deep Eddy Vodka
1 oz Real Peach Puree
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 Lime Juice
Mint leaves
Soda water
Preparation:
These ingredients in shaker:
-2 oz vodka
-1 oz peach puree
-1/2 oz simple syrup
-1/2 oz lime juice
– 1 1/2 scoops of ice
-1 tear one mint leaf and toss in and shake
Garnish:
Mint leaf
Glassware:
Stemless wine glass

I wanted something that reminded me of summer but was also refreshing and sweet!
