Ingredients:

Deep Eddy Lemon

Cointreau

Lillet Blanc

Lemon juice

Rinse the glass with Absenth

Preparation:

glaze the colin glass with Absenth

2 Oz of Deep Eddy Lemon, .5 Oz of Cointreau, .5 of Vermouth, .25 Oz of lemon juice

Shaken, top off with Topo Chico

Garnish:

Cucumber and fresh lemon thyme

Colin glass
