Cocktail by Emily Hochbaum

Ingredients:

1.75 oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red

.75 oz Aperol

1 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

.75 oz Lime Juice

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients in a tin over ice and strain into a partially salt rimmed Collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and rosemary.
