Cocktail Inspiration:

I created this cocktail when I had the opportunity to become a beverage director in a newly owned family restaurant. I had worked with the owner in previous restaurants and I had been greatly thought of when he was opening a place. This was out of my comfort zone, I was looking for my next challenge and a way to execute my passion and program. This cocktail was unnamed from the previous restaurant owners, the new family wanted to revamp the cocktail menu. Previous owners had no recipes for their cocktails, I had to come up with a balance for the drinks and come up with names. I served a version of this new recipe to a guest and she fell in love with it! On her way out she came up to me, and said I should call it a Pink Slipper! It was perfect name.
