Old lady Eddy

Ingredients:
1.75 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
3 dashes angostura orange bitters
0.25 oz simple syrup
Dash of salt
Orange slice, muddled
Preparation:
– combine orange slice and salt and middle
– add bitters, simple, and Deep Eddys Lemon
– top with ice, stir with bar spoon
– strain into rocks glass over a big rock, garnish with orange peel
