Cocktail by Jess Clark

Ingredients:

1.5oz Deep Eddys Grapefruit

.25oz Lime

2 Basil Leaves

1.5oz Pedialyte

.5oz Coconut Simple

Preparation:

Build in shaker tin. Shock basil leaves. Strain into a Collins Glass, Dehydrated Lime and Basil Garnish

Cocktail Inspiration:

This is a new cocktail on our current spring summer menu to help revamp our brunch menu. It was inspired by a restaurant that is right next to us that does fresh juice. One of my favorite juices there is the “Lush Love” (watermelon, ruby red grapefruit, coconut water, lime, basil). I figured it would be fun to make an alcoholic version that is light and refreshing just like the juice.
