Ingredients:
2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
1/2 oz Italicus Rosolio de Bergamato
3/4 oz Bourbon Vanilla Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker and perform a hard dry shake, add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass

The inspiration was to create a cocktail that was simple, summery, balanced and fluffy inspired by a meringue cookie
