Cocktail by OCTAVIO TORRES
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Red Grapefruit
.75 oz Honey syrup
.5 oz Mix of lime juice blended with grapefruit skin(Without white part)
.2 oz Luxardo
.5 oz Egg white
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice until cool, then strain in the shaker and dry shake (You can use a milk foamer as well), then serve in the chilled glass and garnish
Garnish:
Colorful powdered petals (Green, Yellow and Pink)
Glassware:
Coupe glass 6 oz
Cocktail Inspiration:
The inspiration come from a Funfair, you can see a lot of color and have fun a good time, also as a rollercoaster in your mouth, you can feel all the flavors in layers, this cocktail is also inspired in zero waste, that’s why I used the skin of the grapefruits when you already juiced it.
