Ingredients:
2.0z Deep Eddy Lime
1.0 oz Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Cream
.50 oz Simple
1.0 oz Lime Juice
Preparation:
Pour all Ingredients into a shaker tine with ice, shake shake shake vigorously until properly mixed. Rim a martini glass with graham cracker pieces and pour shaker tin into the martini glass , garnish with a lime wedge

Cocktail Inspiration:
We are a restaurant on the largest reservoir in the state of Indiana. Our restaurant is a key west theme so you have to have a key lime martini on the menu right? It’s also our owners Rick and Tina’s favorite cocktail so I’d get fired if one wasn’t on the menu!
