Ingredients:
Deep Eddy lemon vodka-30ml
Tito’s vodka-30ml
Fresh Ginger juice-7.5ml
Homemade Sandalwood syrup-25ml
Ginger beer-75ml
Preparation:
*First pour Deep Eddy Lemon vodka Tito’s vodka,Sandalwood syrup and fresh ginger juice in a shaker and shaker it well for 15 seconds.
*After that double strained the drink and pour in the chilled coupe the glass.
*Top up with ginger beer
*Garnish- sandalwood caviar in a spoon.

I got inspired from the Indian Movie Pushpa where in this movie Pushpa, a fearless and cunning sandalwood smuggler, Pushpa used to cut the trees and export it. After watching this movie I became little curious about the sandalwood and decided to make something, then I started searching and I found that it goes very well with the fresh ginger then I decided to twist
the classic cocktail Moscow mule to Gingerwood fusion because I wanted to give something Indian touch to this cocktail so I used homemade sandalwood syrup which is grown in abundance in the southern part of India, Sandalwood is used in the production of certain Ayurvedic medicines and cosmetics for its aromatic and medicinal properties.
Sandalwood has a warm, woody, and slightly sweet aroma and flavor.
