
From Hell to High Water
Cocktail by Ryan Exon
Ingredients:
1oz Deep Eddy Lime
1oz Orange Juice
2.5oz Ginger Beer
.5oz Blue Curacao
.25oz Grenadine
Preparation:
Pour .25oz of grenadine into the bottom of a collins glass, add ice, swirl Deep Eddy Lime and Orange juice together in cup and pour over ice, top with ginger beer. Stir with barspoon to create the “hell fire” effect. Pour blue curacao on top and stir to create the transition from Hell to High Water. Float lime boat garnish on top.
Garnish:
Lime, maraschino cherry, and orange peel boat

Collins glass
