Cocktail by Biruktawit Samson
Ingredients:
0.25 oz Simply syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
0.25 oz Coco de Réal Coconut cream
0.25 oz Malibu Coconut liqueur
0.25 oz Smirnoff Raspberry
1 1/2 oz Deep eddy Lime
3-4 splashes of Grenadine
Preparation:
You will start with your cheapest ingredient first!
Grab a Jigger and a shaker
You will add your Simple to the Jigger then into the Shaker!
The same for the pineapple juice!
When we get to the Coconut cream, have a bar spoon nearby to scoop out the extra into the shaker!
Once you are done with that step, you will proceed to use the alcoholic ingredients next!
Pour the Malibu into the jigger then the Smirnoff Raspberry!
Lastly, always best for last, we use the Deep Eddy Lime Vodka!
Add the ice and vigorously shake that nice, cold cocktail for 10 seconds. Open your shaker to add few dashes of grenadine then back to shaking for another 5-10 seconds!
We will double strain the cocktail into a small Hurricane Glass! Once your done, top with a dehydrated lime and serve away!!

I wish to drink Pina colada on a regularly but the heavy flavor profile on the pineapple and coconut pushes me away.
