Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
1.0 oz. Simple Syrup
1.0 oz. Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz. Elder Flower
0.25 oz. Prosecco
1.0 oz. Butterfly pea flower liquid
Preparation:
Mixed Deep Eddy Vodka, fresh lime, simple syrup, and elder flower on the rocks. Top with a splash of prosecco. When serve, pour the butterfly pea liquid.
Garnish:
Dehydrated lime wheel, rosemary
Glassware:
Burgund glass
