Bergamot Drop

Ingredients:

1oz Deep Eddy lemon

1oz italicus

.5 orgeat

.75 sage simple

.75 lemon juice

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in shaker give a nice hard shake until shaker is frozen to touch. Strain into coupe.

Garnish:

Sage on a mini clip

Glassware:

Coupe

Cocktail Inspiration:

Inspiration came from working in an Italian restaurant wanted to find something that played well with the lemon the italicus and orgeat did wonders.
