Preparation
- Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with Orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 3 drops cinnamon bitters.
*Sweet Potato Purée
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 cups water
- orange zest
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Roast sweet potatoes.
- In a saucepan, bring ingredients to boil then reduce to simmer.
- Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Let cool and strain through mess strainer.

- 3 oz heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz Frangelico
- 1 oz Amaretto
