The Honorable Apricot

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Edmond’s Honor Bourbon
  • ½ oz. Apricot Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Fino Sherry
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • Apricot Cream Foam*

Preparation

  1. Add bourbon, sherry, apricot liqueur, and lemon juice to shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and top with apricot foam.
  3. Zest lemon onto the top.

*Apricot Cream Foam


Ingredients

  • 2 oz. cream
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 T apricot jam, whipped

Preparation

  1. dd cream, egg white, lemon juice, and apricot jam to a chilled shaker.
  2. Add a hawthorn spring to the shaker to aid in whipping.
  3. Shake vigorously until foamed.
