The Duddey Martini

Ingredients

  • ¼ oz. Fino Sherry 
  • ¼ oz. Pickle Brine
  • ¾ oz. Olive Brine
  • 1 ¾ oz. New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin
  • Garnish: Blue cheese

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients in order listed.
  2. Add ice, stir and strain into a coupe.
